I see there are some iTunes files in my computer hard drive

I don't know what they are ,or if they will contain any of information that I need to backup

Please see screenshots

Within the sub-folders, there are many files format ITC2. What are they

These are files iTunes uses to store your music database into, album artwork, etc. They're essentially preference files. The iTunes Media folder is where the actual music files live.

If you don't use iTunes, then you can delete them. If you do use iTunes, you should leave them alone. They're tiny files anyway.

Even if you delete them, and don't use iTunes, the next update is likely to recreate the files.
