What are those bright dots at the edge of iPP 12.9 2017?

Hi, I noticed a few bright dits along one edge of the screen. Never happened before. What are they?

I would say no, as it’s likely to occur again and isn’t a showstopper type of issue. Try to ignore it, if you can.
