Definitely E3, while I am really interested in the new iOS and Mac OS X, I think people are greatly overestimating how much they are going to change, whereas console updates only occur every 7 or 8 years.
But, on the other hand, the new Intel microarchitecture and possibly new Mac Pros are great too!

WWDC by a long way. PS4 will be nice, but I use OS X and iOS every day - I only get my PS3 out once or twice a week, so I'm more excited about seeing what I'll be using day in, day out.
