iPhone What Area of concern to be selected for reporting OneDrive upload issue on iOS to Apple

What area of concern is to be selected while submitting a feedback report on feedBack assistant for an issue related to One Drive app upload on iOS.
should we select CloudKit or iCloud or something else From the drop down in Feedback assistant app while submitting the feedback report.
the problem is hanging of upload. I have reported it to Microsoft but also want to report to Apple.

I suspect it is an Apple issue.
even if it’s not an Apple issue, it might be better for apple to analyse and reject instead of us passing a judgment which anyways is not going to resolve the issue.
