I have just installed Windows XP underbootcamp on my 24" 2.4 Ghz Core Duo iMac. I would like to update the video drivers so the games I play will run a bit better than they possibly would under the Apple drivers. Question is what ATI Catalyst drivers should I download and run that are suitable for the graphics card in the iMac?

Thanks for any pointers!

Thanks...

Thanks for the reply. At the risk of sounding ignornant could you explain what you mean by install them manually. Is it a case of using driver up date to search an update or is it a case of running the unpacking program?

You have to choose have disk... then point to the driver's XP directory and then choos the Mobility HD2600XT driver. Window's will probably complain that this is not the right driver but use it anyways. Reboot.

One last question

Under the Ati driver finder page I cant find a HD2600xt mobility driver only a HD2600xt driver under Radeon.

I guess the one to go for then is Radeon?

whoops

I see there is a section titled XP under Apple Bootcamp for the drivers, now I am totally confused :-(

ATI utility program

Thanks for the link, I have managed to load the new drivers. The only other question I would have now is how to install the ATI utility, this would allow me to force a game to use Anti-Aliasing and Anisotropic filtering.
