Current Mac Pro is the 2019 year model, are you sure that is not the MacBook Pro/Air/Studio, these are the only 2022 year model Macs.

It's still not clear what computer you have, and what operating system you're using, but Super Duper still exists.

There is no Mac Pro with year model 2022, don't matter if you just bought it yesterday from Apple.

You are calling it by the wrong name, refer to it by the correct official name or the modelID:

  • 2019 Mac Pro
  • MacPro7,1

This seems a minor issue, but makes a mess with search and give the wrong info to people trying to help you.

I have a 2019 Mac Pro still running Big Sur OS and using Carbon Copy Cloner for daily auto-backups. CCC also works with Monterrey on my 2021 M1 MacBook Pro and probably Ventura with a CCC update. I always wait at least a year before considering a newly released OS update on my main computer as I have so many 3rd party hardware and software components that take time to either catch up or give up!
