What backup solution for backuping files to LAN HDD?

Hello, so I need backup some project files, music, photos and documents.
Have Macbook Pro 2011 with ML 10.8.2. Target computer has OS Windows 7 64-bit and 1TB HDD.
My projects are very important for me and I really need backup them. Now I'm trying Chronosync but I think, it's not the very good solution for me.

Can you recommend me any good app? And of course I want daily or hourly backups.

Carbon Copy Cloner can do what you want.

You can use version 3.5.1 ($40) or 3.4.7 (free, and works well on OS X 10.6, 10.7 and 10.8).

Hmmm trying free version of CCC and have a problem. How can I choose more folders to backup? Music, pictures, documents, projects.. I can choose only one folder

Select the parent folder first, then uncheck the sub-folders you don't want to backup. For example, if you want your Documents and Download folders to backup, select your User folder, then uncheck all sub-folders except Documents and Downloads.

Thank you very much, all works very fine! Now I'm using CCC to backup to network drive and Time Machine to backup that files to external drive. Thank you
