A new Apple store will be opening soon in my part of the world, Manchester, I think on 19th. Of course I'll be going to have a look around but I don't need anything, except a big bag with the Apple logo on. What could I buy that is large, would be useful but is inexpensive. I need to have definite plans before I go or I might get carried away, overspend and end up with a load of stuff I don't really need. Any ideas?

Hmmm...
I'm pretty sure you can just ask for a bag.

but at the apple store that comes in a big bag, you could buy software, a keyboard... probably a mighty mouse.

The apple store is a place of wonderment and excitement! Enjoy it!

Hehe, well I'd go with the suggestion someone else has already made - just ask for a bag. If the London store is anything to go by, the Manchestor store will just get used as a glorified Internet cafe...

I never thought of just asking for a bag. Thank you Katie. I suspect the next thing I'll need is an excuse to meet a genius.

Absolutely - I got really fed up the other week waiting for idiots to read all their emails. They should have a 'time-out' feature on all the display models to discourage all the nerds.

Yeah I went in there to buy my iBook, and got booted off one by a salesman who thought I was just there to do my emails, so I thought "screw this" and went back to Oxford and bought my iBook online instead.
