What can I do with that Apple Pay Situation?

Today the Raiffeisen Bank here in Austria revealed Apple Pay and I wanted to add it to my Wallet but it always gives me that Error!
I restarted it, I deleted my iPhone X and loaded my Backup and it wasn‘t available too!
It has the latest iOS, so I don‘t know anything anymore does anyone have any idea?

The error is german and says:

Card not added

Further information can be obtained from the card provider

They didn‘t replied till yet but for my family members it‘s working only for me it‘s not working!
