MP 1,1-5,1 What can slowdown PCIe NVME M.2 Samsung 970 EVO in Mac pro 5.1 ?

Hi All Rumors
I have strange slowdown to half of possible speed (from 1400Mb/s to 750 Mb/s ) on my Samsung 970 EVO 1TB M.2 attached via PCIe card to Mac pro 5.1
All components are the same like before 1 year and on same PCIe slot but 970 EVO writes and reads half slower ?

I reformatted the SSD because it was inserted in Mac pro 6.1 for one year and reseted PRAM several times but the speed is the same 750Mb/s
I dont remember if the PCIe Speed was 2.5GB/s or 5Gb/s before ...

Yes, thats the limit with this PCI Version. The Mac Pro Firmware is at least 138.0.0.0 ?

The 5.1 firmware was old , now on 144.0.0.0 and the Speed is back .
