other than caudabe, tozo etc, what other cases will have coverage over the camera bump? my camera bump has it's colour chipped/scuffed/whatever you call it. even with a spigen rugged armor on it.

Finally settled on the Otterbox Symmetry for my Plus. I tried the Presidio Grip and the UAG Plasma but both went back for separate reasons. Was a big fan of the Symmetry on my 6 and I'm a fan of the redesign.

Today new case. :D This Baseus Shield Case is real awesome!

Another nice looking case ruined by the Apple logo cutout on the back.

When will these manufacturers learn.
Apple logo coutout is very nice and never ruined, just put in a plastic will prevent the scratch, I am doing it now. :)

I have an iPhone 7 256GB in Mat Black in a TOZO Ultra Thin - £5.99 on Amazon. It's all i need, just to protect against scratches.

I hate any bulk - so prefer a case as thin as possible that stops scratching. 0.35mm, probably about as slim as you get. Means the case basically fits flush with the buttons. Ridge around camera protects the lens also.

So I've tried a whole lot of cases, and narrowed it down to the following...

Nomad leather for the every day duties. Looks amazing, feels incredible, and more protection than the Apple case.

Speck Presidio (Grip and non grip) is the case I go to if I think the phone might be bumped around a bit but nothing too drastic.

Incipio Dualpro for a rugged case when extra protection is needed. For me, it's about the right mix of looks and protection.

All these cases provide great grip, and differing levels of protection and bulk. Obviously everyone's mileage will vary, but these are my choices. Feel free to ask any questions...

Using at the moment the X-Doria defense lux with leather back. Best protection and nice materials (aluminum and leather)IMG_0246.JPG

Found my pefect combo, and so far I have cases from Spigen, Obliq, UAG and Ringke.

It's a combo of a Jet Black frame from the Spigen Crystal Hybrid and the soft black interior of a Neo Hybrid. It's stupid, but you can't purchase a Neo Hybrid with black frame. So you have to purchase 2 cases in order to get this.
Everything on the outside is now all black. I love that the plastic frame prevents any flex at the bottom of the case when you pull the phone from your pocket, which many cases suffer from as there's less material there.

I love this combo so much I just had to do they same. Thanks for the inspiration!

So in your opinion the dualpro gives more protection than the speck? I've been on the fence about both of them.

To me, it feels like it would. In reality, I doubt there's much in it. I feel like with the Speck, if I dropped it in a certain way the case could pop off, I don't with the incipio. The incipio is bulkier without a doubt, maybe it's the thickness that reassures me more. The incipio is a two part case whereas the speck is fused as one, maybe that's what makes it feel safer! Both really excellent cases though, you can't go wrong either way really!

Exchanged my otterbox defender for another one and this newer one doesn't have an air gap. Feels solid. I'm finally satisfied.

EDIT: I'm rocking a different case so the otterbox is tucked away in the closet until further notice.
