and I have some cheapo eBay ones coming in that are similar to the Elago, but with no branding and the Apple logo showing through slightly...

Can you link to this case?

I have an iPhone 7 256GB in Mat Black in a TOZO Ultra Thin - £5.99 on Amazon. It's all i need, just to protect against scratches.

I hate any bulk - so prefer a case as thin as possible that stops scratching. 0.35mm, probably about as slim as you get. Means the case basically fits flush with the buttons. Ridge around camera protects the lens also.

Can you see the Apple logo at all while looking straight at it through this case?

I usually cycle through four:

General use: Caseology Parallax (pictured)
Formal occasions: Apple Leather Case
Feeling thin: elago Origin
Extra protection: Magpul Field Case

Couple more cases, mainly as wife picked up an iPhone 7 after I got my 256GB one last week.

iSPECLE Dual Layer Hybrid. Costs £7.99 on Amazon. I bought this for wife as she can be pretty brutal with phones, so wanted extra protection. It's actually very solid and doesn't add that much bulk, so ordered one for myself aswell.

CaseU TPU 0.30mm. This was a temporary case I got for wife from the local Vodafone shop. Very very slim, completely transparent. Not bad

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01L...one+7+plus&dpPl=1&dpID=51BlrVEno0L&ref=plSrch I just purchased this till the Evutec karbon black case for the 7 plus is back in stock. I have to say I'm very surprised at how well this case is constructed and the fit is on point for a no name case.

I do not believe you will see Evutec offering the Karbon series again. They were made by Pitaka for Evutec and I believe that relationship is null and void. Go direct to Pitaka now.

Speaking with the Pitaka rep on the forums here, they certainly do still make their cases.

Yes they do make similar cases but to me after owning both the Evutec has better quality control and the soft coating is a tad bit thicker.

So, buyers be warned... Speck have changed their case design after all the reviewers have posted their reviews. The case is now a hybrid which fits iPhone 6 & 7 which means it looks terrible. This has been confirmed direct by Speck, steer clear folks!

Are you saying this is true for ALL Speck cases?

According to Speck, for the Speck Presidio range. They haven't provided specific details other than they have updated the presidio range. I can only assume this will be for all of them!

"due to the similar sizing of the iPhone 6’s and iPhone 7’s, Speck decided to make the Presidio line of cases to be backwards compatible with the iPhone 6’s as well. Moving forward ALL of the Presidio cases for the iPhone 7’s will also be compatible with the iPhone 6’s as well. This is not a defect."

Everyone is saying that the Otterbox Symmetry is nice, I've had good luck with some Defender cases for the 3GS and other models. I just ordered one in black from Amazon. I saw one the other day and it didn't add very much bulk at all.

That is Nasty looking. Guess they are following UAG including that crappy Jack Hole on their iPhone 7 cases.
