What could be bringing iMac out of sleep?

For the past week, I've woken up and gone to the computer, and moved the mouse, the screen wakes up with Adium online meaning the computers been awake.

The only thing I leave running before I put the computer into sleep are usually a Safari window and Adium. Is Adium bringing it out of sleep? Is something doing an automatic update?

Erm, have you tried quitting Adium before putting it to sleep? What devices do you have connected? My wireless keyboard/mouse wakes my iMac if the batteries are low.
