I love greek yogurt. It's good plain or with some sweetness added. As mentioned honey, or sliced strawberries. Arguably the commercial brands have corrupted yogurt turning them into sweet high calorie deserts.

Likewise, and I also love it when it is natural and entirely devoid of additives or preservatives.

Agree with you that it shouldn't take the form of a "sweet high calorie dessert", and that this serves to corrupt what yogurt is supposed to be; if that is what someone craves, go buy a good quality ice cream instead.

Yogurt very true. Mom put defrosting organic frozen cherries into hers. Very nice.

I read about the good bacteria in your digestion track vs bad, the bad making you crave bad food and tried the probiotics for 3 months, but did not notice anything in particular graving wise or weight loss wise. It was really hard for me to evaluate.

Cravings and weight loss aren’t why one generally takes probiotics (which is why that did not work for you). Yes, bad bacteria are tied into some cravings, but taking the good to halt that doesn’t work.

Not to be gross, but good probiotics are very important to keep your gut healthy and they also help flush the waste out of your system. If you’ve been been forced to take lots of antibiotics (as I did almost a year ago), the hospital will give them to you too. I’ve taken probiotics for this for many years, and always feel better when doing so.

Exactly.

Mind you, it helps if you like the taste of yogurt, and natural yogurt (and I do).

These days, I often have a glass of kefir at breakfast, which - as it is almost liquid - is easier to consume than traditional yogurt.
