what cydia apps cause restore problems

given that 3.1 was just announced, updating is again gonna be an annoyance for me.
i want to restore from a backup, but i wanna know which apps will cause problems. this jailbreak cycle i installed very little from cydia, so i dont really think there should be any problems if i restore the phone then bring back in a backup.
does anyone know what specifically will throw the phone into an endless boot cycle or something? cause that happened to me once

Given that 3.1 is brand new and hasn't been torn apart, experimented on or road tested, no one can give you an accurate answer as to how it might affect Cydia or JB apps.

It was just released about 20 minutes before your post. I imagine the hiccups, if any, will be noted soon enough.

Give it some time.

You can restore without updating to the newest firmware. I would say if your going to restore your iPhone before 3.1 this info is actually something you would want to know.

I however dont know the answer I am curious as well.

yeah i know 3.1 hasn't been jb'd yet obviously but i would imagine apps that cause problems now will cause problems then, so i was just wondering if anyone knew specifics
