In the fall of 2025, I bought the new Beats Headphones Studio Pro (2023) because my Studio 3 was old and came out in 2017. I am very surprised to hear how absolute garbage these new Studio Pro headphones sound like compared to the Studio 3. First the Studio Pro do not sound as loud or high in bass like the Studio 3, in fact, they have roughly 50% of the volume that the Studio 3 has, so if I want to listen to loud things, I have to literally go to max volume now instead of like 60% high. Also the Studio Pro feels so cheap too and not as cushioning as the Studio 3, the new ones feel like cheap plastic when on your ears. Also the battery life stinks on the Studio Pro, I was amazed on how good the Studio 3 was in battery life even with noise cancelling on. With the new ones, I only get like 50% of what I got on the Studio 3. Last but not least, the noise cancelling sounds much better and high quality on the old Studio 3 than the new Studio Pro. I bought both devices from Amazon, and if my situation was caused by Amazon defects, then that is Amazon's fault for not having AC on there trucks to help make sure the products do not become defective on route to ship. But I want some advice from others, do you also think that the older Studio 3 sounds much better than the Studio Pro? Yes the clarity might be better on the newer ones, but everything else sounds inferior to the older one.
