does resolution better .?
does display better ?

if everything a same only A12 chip then skip it

The display is better, the resolution is better, Touch ID 2, and a lot of other things.

It looks as if the iPad Mini 4 has a front facing 12 megapixel camera. Just saying.

Edit: I looked closer and it says 1.2 megapixels. The image quality messed me up.
