Some really old Apple Cinema Displays. That’s why it has a DVI adapter.

Apple Cinema Display, which predates the Thunderbolt Display. Apple hasn't made those in years.

As said before, they look like the Apple Cinema Display
I have 3 of the 23" model - they are still going strong all these years later!
