Hi, quick question.. I have a PCMCIA card with Vodafone that I use for access 3G network for internet from use in my work PC computer.. I had a Powerbook that had PCMCIA slot so I also used it as well for MAC.

Now that I have the MBA, there is not PCMCIA slot, is there a USB adaptor that I can buy to get the card working for my MBA?

Can you swap it for a USB 3g modem? They also have the advantage that they support HSDPA

when i bought my Air, I went to ATT and showed them that is was not Express or PCMCIA capable and they gave me (for free) a USB 3G network adapter. You can see it in the review in my signature if you're interested. They simply took my PCMCIA adapter and gave me a brand new USB unit for nothing. No contract re-up or anything. I've been with them for over a decade now, but I don't think that weighs into it...they just realize that PCMCIA cards are on the way out.
