What do I need to use an iMac in China?

My mom is moving to China for her job, and she has an iMac (1.83 ghz intel core duo). I was wondering if anyone could tell me what would be needed to use it in China, power wise? It looks like China uses 220v as well. Does Apple make any products for this?

you'd need a power converter. China does indeed run at 220, and of course it's a completely different outlet.

Look here. There's an 800 number, so you could probably just call them and ask what it is exactly that you'll need.

as far as internet access goes, I think RJ-45 is fairly standard. This link might be able to provide some answers.

ur also going to need to learn how to speak mandarin also if you want to get internet access unless you're in a dorm and the connection is right there.

Then again, the registration page for dorm internet access may be in chinese...
