I've struggled with this problem for a loooong time. But basically in my culture, photo sharing is a HUGE pain. Every week, let's say I have an event with some friends with my kids and their kids. Everyone will be taking photos during the event. And then the end of THAT day, it will be a long painful session of reminding all participants to upload their photos to whatsapp.
And then of course, everything suck within whatapp. The viewing suck. The uploading suck. The quality of whats uploaded is downsized. The reimporting of it back into my iCloud library suck. Whatapp doesn't even run on ipad. I mean I could come up with 100 reasons why this workflow sucks.
But we can't use icloud sharing album because there are android users.
And even if we all iOS users, I find that people generally shy away icloud shared album (I'm not exactly sure why)
I don't use FB. But I was imagining that people of other culture would use FB for this purposes. But the more I ask around, I was shocked to find that actually people don't use FB for photo share anymore.
So how are you all doing this? Or is it just whatsapp for everyone?
