Exactly. I work in a 'Apple' call center.. not that I work FOR Apple... Theres lots of options out there.. what can you do? And in alot of cases.. where?

I believe that it is like for any other company:
1- Skills and experience
2- Fill an open position
3- Someone inside that can help you get in: known or unknown - could be a recruiter

Be prepared to work a tremendous amount of hours.
