I am buying a new system and have narrowed it down to this. Before I pull the lever and buy it thought I would post it here ( I am not the most computer literate person ) to see if I am making any mistakes and missing something. This is replacing a 2009 iMac. I like the size of a 32” and 4k for watching videos, listen to music, chart stocks, apple numbers, keynote, zoom meetings and search the web. I hope to keep this system for several years. Does anyone see anything wrong with this system ? Is there something better ( about the same price ) that I should be looking at ? Thank you for your constructive criticism/comments and help :)

Mac Mini - M1, 16Gb, 1TB, 10GB Ethernet $1,400.

LG 32UP83A-W $550

Logitech Mouse - SIGNATURE M650 $40

This is very similar to my system, the only comment I would have is you may want more ports than the mini has. Because of this I opt'd for Dell's S3220DGF "gaming" monitor which has 2 HDMI, 1 display port, and 4 usb (a/b) ports. I also have both the welkin Thunderbolt hub, and the OWC Thunderbolt hub as I have dual monitors, 5 ext hD, and multiple usb connections.

Given your stated uses I would only swap the monitors for the extra ports. The Dell is about $200 less than the LG

@mmkerc Thank you for the information/suggestion, I will go take a look at the monitor, I like the idea of the Belkin, OWC hub idea.
