What Do You Think the New Watch Faces Will Look Like This Year

Does not matter to me as I have used the Infograph face for years now. Not into frilly colorful watch faces.
I think they will continue to be just shy of being great like all the others have been except for maybe Modular Ultra.
One thing they need to do for the color screen is make the day of the week some color other than red so it is legible. It might as well be black.
To be honest, I’d be grateful for anything.

Me too. I don't understand why there aren't more faces with seconds. Also, there need to be more digital faces in general. I don't want an analog face, but that seems to be most of them.
I found where I read it. A MR competitor had an article on it based on running the beta version. It added a fair quantity, including Utility, which is what I run. So, as long as they don’t remove it when the new version launches, I should be happy.
My predictions:
- It will be a pathetically small amount of new watch faces.
- The majority of the faces will be analog faces
It is infuriating that it's not available on the 10. That's a basic digital watch face layout on any other digital watch.
Ngl watchOS 26 took away so many faces including Apple Watch Series 4 era faces. Even we need chronograph back!
Apple: "With iOS 18 you can creatively arrange your app icons on your iPhone. You can tint all of them a certain color. There's dark mode version of icons!"
Me: "Can I move the digital time to the center of my Apple Watch with the Infograph Modular face?"
Also Apple: "No"
I expect to be underwhelmed again, something fancy that you have to study to read the time. Just give us modular ultra on at least our Series 10 watches, it’s what the vast majority of people want, something practical there’s enough fancy crap watch faces

I'd be happy if they actually took the time to adjust the existing faces to look good on the Ultra. Solar Dial and many other round faces look really bad as they are a small circular dial on the large face.
Just make the face bigger and push the complications out to the corners. I would then go back to using Solar Dial 100% of the time instead of now never using it.

Apple has a feedback form where you can tell them what you're unhappy about. Hopefully one day these complaints will be addressed.

I just submitted a request to be able to name our saved watch faces. I have different ones for air travel, walking in cities/transit, daily, hiking, and for my medical/sleep Focus. It would really be a nice option to have.
