Hi folks. I am just getting into doing some decent graphics in Photoshop, and I wonder if anyone could point me in the direction of a very good site that shows well-explained tutorials of how to build 3D/glossy/whatever icons from scratch?

Here is my "portfolio"(?) from the last few days - please feel free to comment and make suggestions, I appreciate it. The first one was inspired by this, from Apple's site:
