The stock strap for my D200 seems a bit short for me (6'1"), plus it just is not very comfortable hanging around my neck.
I have looked at different staps
The U-Strap
the Tough Strap combo
Plus Domke, and some others.

The two I posted links to seem a bit more unique, just wondering if anyone has tried them or something similar.
I know for a camcorder I have used a tight hand strap like that Camera Armor one and they have been comfortable.

So, what do you folks use?

I agree, Optech. Very comfortable ( although my camera w/ lens is just 1kg),
and easily detachable. Don't slip easily too.

I use the OpTech Pro--mainly because I can detach most of it easily when I'm not using it:
