What do you want iOS 11 to bring iPad and is it likely to happen?

What do you want to see tomorrow in iOS 11 for the iPad?

I want to see it get more serious about being a laptop replacement. I think I speak for many on here when I say that direction would lead to so so many of us taking the iPad more serious in using it more and even an increase in sales for Apple.

Things like a File System improvement, personally I don't care if it'd icloud only so long as they make it damn functional.

Xcode with no limitations on ability to create iOS apps so that the platform can depart Mac dependency - or get a start on that process.

Better keyboard accessory support and in app support for the sort of shortcuts we have on the Mac OS.

Things like a Final Cut app, Logic Pro app, even a iWeb-eske app to really get the iPad into the professions of website builders etc. That'd cater for so many creative professionals and get the iPad into many more offices and classrooms.

I'm not sure how likely any of this is. Would you like to see this and why? How likely is it? And what do you want to see.
 
Want:

More/Better multi-tasking
Drag and drop
File system (offline as well, none of this only iCloud drive stuff...as if I'll want to store video in the cloud...)
Mouse Support
More pro apps - I'd definitely love to see xcode, but I think thats too far of a jump just now, there's so much more that needs to be done before xcode could be viable on it.

Expect:

Bolder and bigger font to maximize the screen real estate.
New emojis!
A redesign of the music app, with 30 minutes of someone dancing.
Camera improvements

iOS is reliable, secure, relatively lightweight and powerful. In my mind it could improve in a bunch of minor areas, benefitting from some reorganization to alleviate small frustrations and streamlining this or that around the system. If I could choose a "Snow Leopard" round over any major features, I'd go with that.

Having said that, the main thing that's still completely missing from iPad is the ability to develop for it. And while I don't guess Apple would be the first to rise to it, there's still no fantastic web dev environment on it, is there? I'm fine if all of that stays on the Mac, but as long as it and other things do, iPads aren't truly replacing "computers."
 
I'd just like to see all ties cut to iTunes. I want to be able to send a friend a ring tone, or create one that I can use on my phone or iPad without having to connect to iTunes. I'd like to be able to add books or music without having to connect to a computer. Until this happens, there's no way my iPad can replace my computer.
 
Mouse/trackpad support, and I don't expect it will happen. Until I can use a propped up iPad (e.g., iPad Pro 12 w Smart Keyboard) without getting a shoulder workout for interaction-intensive tasks, the iPad will not replace a laptop.

For instance, my job requires lots of web-based forms to be filled out. I'm touching the screen 20+ times for each form (lots of drop-down selection fields) while sitting at a desk. It doesn't make sense when I can use my MacBook Air's trackpad and work much more efficiently.
