What does the orange hand icon in recents mean?

I'm on a 15P with the latest updates. Just noticed this today for the first time and it threw me for a loop.

On the iPhone, in the recents / recent call screen, you can swipe left and delete phone calls. I usually swipe left and delete calls when the screen gets too busy. Today when I was swiping left to delete a call, I notice an orange hand icon next to the red delete / garbage can icon.

Anyone know what the orange hand icon means?

Well fudge me. I was today years old when I found out you could report spam calls on the iPhone.
