What does this icon mean?

I’ve purchased a series 10 from eBay. It’s not yet been dispatched but on one of the pictures there is a red icon next to the time.

I’ve never seen that before on my previous watches and can’t seem to find a reference to it online.

Does anyone know what it’s for? Is it anything to be concerned about?

I checked my wife’s SE and her about screen does not have it.

Looks like a saved page icon, same as in the google app.

Not sure what it is on your watch though. New one to me.

You probably have a Focus Mode turned on which has this icon.
