What does this sounds like to you? [cMP 1,1 noise]

I cannot hear it all the time, just occasionally after few hours of work on cMP and it does ramp up and down in loudness until it disappears again.
Does it sounds like a fan or HDD to you?

I recorded the clip with phone when it was at its loudest point (you can hear it ramping down) and boosted gain 9dB in DAW so you can hear it as clearly as possible.

Any troubleshooting advice?

That sounds like a bad bearing on one of the case fans. I guess its the CPU/RAM fan. Check with Hardwaremonitor or the like which fan ramps up.

Fan doesn't ramp up, sorry for poor word choice, but the noise does.
The thing is that when the noise occurs, it goes away if i push the fans just a bit up, by 100rpm for instance.

Ill try to that with each fan next time it happens so i could isolate one with the problem.

Btw, i cannot change fan only, i have to buy whole assembly for it?
