What ever happened to those Walter Isaacson Tapes?

Am I the only one wondering? What happened to these interiews with steve jobs he recorded. I know they played some snippets for a tv special, but as far as I recall we were talking about hours of material...


Do you think these will ever be leaked or released? Or have I missed something?

What are the bets that there was some contract, and there is no way he can publish any of these tapes with either getting permission from Steve Jobs' estate, or losing every penny he owns?

He used them for the book. I don't think they'll be released unless they're edited down.

Isaacson was saying that he talked with him about his TV plans. I think alot of material cant be released due to competitive reasons.

Maybe in 10 years down the road they will get released.
