So got my shiny new iPhone 6... Missed out on the 5S. So what's this motion processor allow us to do, any apps making use of it pedometers etc? I assumed that the HealthKit app would log these things e.g. Flights climbed?

Thanks

Runtastic has a pedometer app, Withings has an app, Health can track steps. If you want to wear a separate device, fitbit, withings, runtastic, and garmin are a few options.

Do you only want to track steps? If you want to track more than just steps, you can also try MapMyFitness, Runtastic, Strava, Endomondo, DigiFit, Wahoo, JeFit Pro to name a few.

Looking for workout programs? Try the Pro/MVP versions of MapMyFitness or Runtastic. OCR Trainer is a fun app if you are trying train for an obstacle race.
