I am talking about force reboots due to issues (hangs, panic, crashes)

Almost... never.

Having said that, I shut down my Macs every night, and reboot "from cold" every morning.
I believe that has something to do with it.

I’m almost never as well, and I rarely shut mine off, just let it sleep.

I do a full reboot every 2 days usually because of Window Server memory leak since macOS Monterey came out. The thing is, I work with a TB4 dock and got tons of peripherals and 4K monitors attached to it. I have also noticed I get a bit of Sidecar memory leak as well.

But then again this is my use case, I suppose people just using it as a laptop shouldn't have most of these issues.
