Just wondering what games I can run on this. Can be as old as the 90s just need to be good.

The only thing that you have to care about is the graphics, in this case Intel GMA X3100.

Unfortunately older Intel GPU prior HD3000 are extremely bad in terms of gaming. I had the same Mac before I bought the MacBook Air 2010 and 2011.
I played WoW on it and runs at the lowest setting decently; however, that is not the case for any other AAA game, which unlikely will run.
I believe you can buy some casual game off the App Store, but that is as far you can go.

Half-Life might work but cannot confirm this for you. Beside isn't that PC only(I was looking on Steam)?
