What happened to Awesome Screenshot (extension)?!

I really liked that extension on my Mac. I loved being able to capture a whole page, not just what was showing on my Mac screen.

All of a sudden it's gone! Does anyone know what happened to it?!!

And does anyone know of a comparable app that I can get to replace it?

It was determined to be adware, so it was removed from Apple's servers and is no longer made for Safari.

For some reason the other tread in the Mac app section was deleted. Did you find what you needed?

I am so sorry it took me so long to get back here to properly thank you both for your replies. I was traveling and not near a computer very often.

I haven't replaced Awesome Screen Shot yet... someone on the other thread recommended Papparazzi but it looks rather complicated. I'm hoping for an easy-to-use replacement.

(PS Yes, the other thread was deleted as duplicate. )
