What happened to LocationHolic?

Right when I launch it, LocationHolic alerts me with a completely blank message and "OK" under it. Pressing that takes me to Cydia: Cydia Substrate. The action available is "Modify", which means I already have this substrate, I guess.

I'm on a 4S with the 8.1.2 jailbreak.

I got LocationFaker instead and that is working... and its free?

So, what happened to LocationHolic?
