Whatever happened to mentions and inline replies on iMessage. Are we going to have to wait for iOS 15 or will it be scrapped like AirPower?

What happened to mentions in iMessage?

Sorry that’s my mistake. Didn’t realize it turns grey. What about inline replies?
Just hold down the message you want to reply to. It’ll pop up a menu with the option to replay then it separates it out and lets you type a response.
Yep! Or you can double-tap it and hit reply. (That’s the faster way.)
