What happened to the Offloaded apps indicator?

Previously, when you offloaded an app, it was still visible, but with a little "download from cloud" badge on its icon.

Now, I just noticed today that my offloaded apps no longer have that badge on their icon. Their icons now look exactly like those of apps that haven't been offloaded.

When did this happen? And is there any way to get the previous behavior back?

Yes, it's in the alphabetical list view of the App Library, but it's gone from in front of the app name label.
