What happens if I try to sync after I jailbreak using Ziphone?

I have an 8GB iPhone (1.1.4) that has all my contacts, movies, music, etc. that I activated with iTunes to use AT&T. If I jailbreak using Ziphone, I'm supposed to quit iTunes and iTunes Helper. But then what happens when I sync? Will it recognize it as the same iPhone as before?

Do your jailbreaking and quit ZiPhone; you really shouldn't need it again.

Open iTunes and sync. That's it.

If you just jailbreak it you will be fine. If you change some of the more advanced settings, you will need to delete the Lockdown folder in your ~/Library before iTunes will sync with it again.
