On my Vista laptop I have installed 4GB even though Vista won't recognize more than around 3GB... to take advantage of the dual channel memory.

The 2.33 and 2.16GHz MacBook Pro will physically take 2x2GB RAM in the slots. What actually happens if you install this much?

Will the machine happily address the 3GB (in dual channel mode) and ignore the rest? Or will there be funky stuff?
