I was just curious if i buy a mini with fusion drive how will it function in windows bootcamp. does fusion still work or will i see 2 logical drives the 128gb ssd and the 1 tb hard drive.

Hope this helps: Mac mini (Late 2012) and iMac (Late 2012): About Fusion Drive
Can I add a Windows partition?
You can create one additional partition on the hard disk with Fusion Drive. You can create either a Mac OS X partition or a Windows partition.

If creating a Windows partition, use Boot Camp Assistant to create it, not Disk Utility. From the Go menu, choose Utilities. Then, double-click Boot Camp Assistant and follow the onscreen instructions. For more information on Boot Camp see the Boot Camp support page.

Fusion speed

It's worth noting that the Windows partition will only live on the HDD and will not see any speed benefits of the Fusion SSD. The 1TB HDD only spins at 5400rpm, which is pretty slow. Just something to consider.
