I am genuinely concerned about HTC. I know they tend to make their mistakes, but to me their biggest ones are lack of understanding that battery life IS important and making sense a resource hog, although it gets lighter each year (small pet peeve with upgrades too but that's skinned device for ya).
I do love the way they design their devices though. The One looks stunning in all the comparison photos against all other phones so far, and the camera in One X was amazing too.
But the fact that people either look for an iPhone or a galaxy (or even blackberry here in Canada) before they will consider HTC is troubling.
So if the same continues this year, what happens to HTC? Could it happen that google allows them to make a nexus once again, or gives them some support considering how samsung is pushing more S-services than google services?
I sure hope they don't die.
