So I have a dead pixel on my screen, bluish. Appears right next to the stock widget. Does apple have any policy with this?

What happens when you get a dead pixel?

What worries me there is the tech-guy there said that they will not be replacing my iphone because I already exchanged it once due to the battery not being able to hold a charge. Can he do that?
I just got a Bright Green Pixel Today...went to the Apple Store, and they gave me a new one. They switched the Sim cards and made sure the phone was activated, which took about an hour. No hassles from Apple though, they saw the Green Pixel, and immediately replaced it.

let me say this, if it's not that bad do not go try and replace it, live with it.
i'm on my fifth replacement iphone and they've all had dead pixels.(all exchange fees waived) I bought one for someone else that didnt but it was the only one(wish I kept that one and return the money to friend) 1 out 7 perfect screens for my iphone purchasing experience so far....I've had exchanges in san diego and la it has been the same for me, they pretty much all have dead pixels somewhere except for that one particular case I got.
I lucked out in la because one of the replacements had a dead battery or something(wouldn't boot up) and now I can go back and pretty much have a easy excuse to get probably another exchange because the manager and two of the genius know of my problems, well mainly the battery problem. they just told me to come back and talk to them directly so I think I get one more exchange with no fee.
so if you need more then one exchange either talk to someone else at the same store or go to another store, they didn't really check at the 3 stores I have been to for reasons of prior exchange, it doesn't show up on invoice...they just know there were exchanges( may be able to call up other stores but none of them did and I had five exchanges total from 3 stores) so have some good excuse ready(battery, software, etc whatever you can come up with of known problems from the forums if they ask of prior problems)
to sum up....i tried to get the perfect phone i had one that kinda was ok in the second phone ....replaced it a couple more times and got pretty much the same result.....
its a luck of draw if you get a perfect screen...
so for you guys wondering about multiple exchanges yeah you can get away with many exchanges but is it worth it....to me not really.
so I'm satisfied with my current phone and will live with it....
as for taking this one back just to exchange it naw, whatever....
maybe i was just destined not to have a dead pixel free phone or something...
