What has changed since iPhone 11 Pro Max?

Hello. New to MacRumors, and trying to catch up with the modern world.

Am curious what all has changed since the iPhone 11 Pro max came out?

I have an 11 Pro Max which I use almost exclusively for photography and videography, and love it, but am looking to upgrade and am curious if there is a justification to do that?

I suspect a new iPhone 14 Pro Max - is that the latest version - is at least $1,500, so there better be a good reason to upgrade.

But from a practical standpoint, how much better is the iPhone 14 Pro max vs the iPhone 11 Pro Max, especially relating to photos and video?
