I never expected 256 GB to be standard at $799, and considering how easy it is to add inexpensive external file storage on a desktop, for some users it's really not a big deal.

The Core i3 is a bigger disappointment that you're stuck with for the entire life of the Mac.

The i3 is actually a decent model given its a desktop chip.

Remember lots of macs have dual core 1.4 mobile processors and this is quad core over 3 ghz.

It's too high, as Apple's pricing always is.
