DEFAULT CORE ANIMATION!!!!!! lol. Don't know if any of you noticed, but, with 1.0.2 and a hacked iPhone with Summerboard on it, the core animation used to bring icons to the screen was a "slide" from bottom up. I hated this, as I couldn't be as fast with my iPhone tapping from application to application. It just wouldn't accept input as quickly. Alternatively, a non-hacked 1.x.x iPhone has "reverse explosion" core animation, which allows for quick switching between applications with no need to wait for the phone to register input. I just hacked my phone last night and upgraded to 1.1.1, and realized the default "reverse explosion" core animation was back, so HOORAHHHH for Summerboard and 1.1.1!

I was asking around the forums about the icons sliding up vs "zooming" after installing SMB on 1.02. Most people looked at me like I had 3 heads. Glad it's back. Just waiting for a one click trick before I upgrade and jailbust.

There's already a one click trick out man...I used it yesterday and it was pretty seamless....It even installs AppTapp for you (not the newest version tho, you have to install that from within Apptapp). https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/370824/
Hope that helps...

Wow, how could people NOT notice a change in the core animation on a hacked 1.02 iPhone...It's so friggin obvious with the whole sliding thing. And the slowdown...God, Im so glad to have the default one back.
