I love the way the dock looks, I want to set mine up like that. I don't care for the rest of the desktop icons.

I am already set up with installer so it has been jailbroke, I also have summerboard installed and have ibrick installed on my desktop (seems to be easier to work from my PC than my MAC when doing mods on the phone)

The way the dock is set up and the icons are excellent. Looking to find info on the icons and the how to do. Currently my dock is running in "mini" through summerboard so it is already under the influence of being a modded dock.

Thank you. Does that cover the dock icons however? That is my main interest. I'm not very excited about the desktop.

Now that I have it (the theme) ..... how do I install it? All I have found in search are complicated methods to do this and that. I wish it was in the installer.

If the icons/theme you want isn't included in installer, install ssh and use a program like Fugu to just drag and drop the files into:

/private/var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes/

on your iphone.
Just make a folder called whatever you want the theme to be called in Summer Board. Check out the Themes folder so you know what to name your icons. This way you can make your own!

This is a pretty easy guide to teach you how to move files onto your iPhone.

Thanks :)

I have ssh installed. Would ibrickr be the same as the other transfer programs or do they do something special (like bulk upload)?

I have always had errors using my mac to work with the phone that has cost me a restore or two. The windows programs seem to work better (gasp).

I've been fortunate enough to use the installer up to now for things I want, but I really like this one theme and it appears I have to do it the hard way.

OK, here's what I did......

I used ibrickr to upload everything in the theme folder to a folder I made that I called "remastered". This folder was placed in the spot stated above /private/var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes/

I went into the phone and chose it in summerboard, but it simply reverted back to the default theme. I don't seem to have done it correctly. Infact I know I didn't, but I don't know what else to do with the files.

These are the files I unpacked, there was not a dock or anything like that in there.
