Apple Card What if I don't return the old/expired Titanium Card?

I just received my replacement Titanium Card (the physical Apple credit card) and activated it. I now have an old/expired Titanium Card that I can return to "Apple" using their pre-paid package.Via iMessage, Apple card specialist confirmed that the old card is de-activated.

What happens if I don't return the old/expired card? The card is so well-made that I can see using it for some home projects like smoothing out caulk (LOL) or whatever . It's solid! So...what happens if I don't return this old card?

With the way things are priced these days, I'm thinking of amassing some titanium and re-selling them for profit. LOL

I seriously doubt they'll mind if you keep it! In all likelihood: The only reason they're asking for the card is so that they can recycle it. But if you want to keep it and use it as a tool, or just put it on display as a decoration: Reusing is better than recycling.

I decided to keep my expired Titanium Card, mostly because it's a beautiful card AND I may eventually have use for it for a house project, like smoothing caulk or somethin'

So far, the Apple Militia hasn't come knocking on my door....

Ahahaha. Well, I kept the old card and also saved the return mailer.

The Apple Police hasn't come knocking on my door yet. I doubt they will. I'm too small of a fish to ever fry in their big ole frying pan.
