What if the MBA's battery got recalled?

I just saw news on some Sony-made batteries being recalled. Wouldn't it be hilarious if the MBA's battery got recalled?

HAHA, they wouldn't even be able to tell us to stop using the battery in the meantime because we can't!! Imagine the dilemma you would face: "I really need to back up this data before I get it replaced but it might blow up and burn my house down... decisions decisions..."

Hehe, as much as I would hate to lose the use of my MBA because of something like this, I really want to see how Apple will handle something like that.

that would be suck. but i rather have a battery recall problem than the heat issue.

anyway, it's kind of easy to pull the battery out yourself. i already did it when i reapplied thermal paste for this mba.
