what if they puta mac air board in a mac mini

I was thinking how much a mac mini was so much like a laptop without a screen. imagine if they took a mac air board and put it into a new mini. because you wouldnt need the entire battery area the mini would be this tiny wedge. that would be soo cool haha even though i know everyone would hate it because of upgradability.

it definitely would reclaim the mini name.

Well right now they are basically just Macbook Pro 13" without a screen....

So you are saying they could make it even smaller by using Macbook Air components? I suppose they could, but I really see little gain by it and we would end up with slower processors and less upgradability. I think they are fine the way they are....
